I am a Board Certified Indiana Trust & Estate Lawyer, and I am the Chairman of the Bamberger Personal Services Group. I help people from all walks of life with estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, corporate, health care and real estate law. Protecting what belongs to my clients is a big part of what I do.

In my estate planning practice, I apply my skills and experience to help clients make a plan for the orderly transfer of their assets to their intended beneficiaries in a cost and tax efficient manner. The tools I regularly utilize in my estate planning practice include Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Advance Health Care Directives.

I also assist families and professional trustees through the administration process that takes place after a person’s death. Administering an estate or trust after a loved one has passed can be daunting and complicated. There are often a lot of steps that must be taken in a relatively short period of time after someone’s death. It’s my job to guide families and professional trustees through this process.

Asset protection is also a significant part of my practice. I help clients protect their assets from being lost to estate and gift taxes, nursing home expense, and creditors. I regularly counsel with clients about paying for long-term nursing home expense, including Medicaid.

My clients range from new parents to grandparents, from farmers to teachers, physicians to nurses, and business owners to retirees. The diversity of my clients gives me the opportunity to see the law in a myriad of ways, which makes me a better lawyer for my clients.

I am honored to have been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Indiana Super Lawyer Magazine, which honors only 2.5% of Indiana attorneys, for the past four consecutive years.

Helping clients protect their assets and plan for the future. It’s what I do.
